Q: How long does the process take?

A: Typically, a loan closing can take anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour, with most averaging about 40 minutes to complete. Single page documents would only take a couple minutes to verify and complete.

Q: What should I bring to / How do I prepare for the appointment?

A: For a single document, please be sure to bring identification, and sometimes a witness (not the Notary) is required.

Q: Can you travel outside of the service area?

A: Yes, depending on the time and location, I can make an appointment outside of Cuyahoga county.

Q: I'm only available late night and/or on the weekends. Can you still help?

A: Yes, please contact me to schedule an appointment

Q: Do you have an office that I come to?

A: No, I come to a location that we both agree on. Usually this is your residence or a local establishment such as a coffee shop or public library.
